This Privacy Policy explains how Create Modern LLC (“Create Modern,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit createmodern.com, use our iOS apps, or contact us. Our iOS applications may include an additional, app-specific privacy notice, which is also shown on each app’s App Store listing.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. If you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose, and anything you include in your message. For app support requests, this also includes the app name and, if you provide them, your device model and iOS version. When you use the contact form, we also record your IP address to help prevent spam and abuse.
• Usage information. This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, browser and device type, and referring site, using cookies or similar technologies. Google Analytics is used only on this website, not in our iOS apps.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries, provide app support, and provide our services.
• To understand and improve the performance and content of our website.
• To maintain the security of our systems and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to host our website and email and to measure site traffic (Google Analytics). These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to deliver their services. You can learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, including data connected to your use of our apps, by contacting us using the details below.

Children’s privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Our iOS apps

Our apps are designed to collect as little information as possible. What each app collects, and how it is used, is described in the “App Privacy” section of its App Store listing and, where applicable, in an app-specific notice. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy; we do not receive your payment details.

If you contact us for app support, we use the information you send only to help you and to improve our apps.

FullSky

This notice applies to the FullSky app, listed on the App Store as “FullSky - 3D Radar.” Last updated: October 4, 2026.

FullSky does not collect, store, or share personal information. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking, and it does not send any information about you to Create Modern.

Your location

If you allow it, FullSky uses your device’s location to open on the nearest radar, to show your position and direction of travel on the map, and to measure distances from you. Your location is processed only on your device. It is never sent to Create Modern or to any other company, and it is not saved after you close the app.

FullSky asks only for permission to use your location while you are using the app. It does not request “Always” or background location access, and it is designed to stop location updates when you leave the app. You can stop location use at any time by turning off “Follow me” in the app’s settings, or by changing FullSky’s location permission in iOS Settings. The app works without location; you choose a radar site by hand instead.

Weather and map data

To show weather, the app downloads public information directly from these sources:

• Radar data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and its hosting providers.
• Storm warnings from the National Weather Service. These requests ask for warnings nationwide and do not include your location.
• Map imagery from Apple Maps, for the area shown on screen.

These requests contain no personal information about you. Like any internet connection, they reveal your device’s IP address to the services that answer them, under their own privacy policies, including those of NOAA, the National Weather Service, and Apple.

Information stored on your device

FullSky saves your settings and the last radar site you viewed on your device, so it opens where you left off. Radar data is held in memory only while the app is running. The app does not save your location. All of this stays on your device and is removed when you delete the app.

Images, videos, and diagnostics you share

If you export an image or video, it may show your position marker when it is visible on screen. It is shared only where you choose to send it.

The app keeps a technical log on your device to help diagnose problems. It records technical events, such as which map area was requested, but not your location or any personal information. It leaves your device only if you copy it and send it to us yourself.

Children

FullSky collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
