This Privacy Policy explains how Create Modern LLC (“Create Modern,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit createmodern.com or contact us. Our iOS applications may include an additional, app-specific privacy notice, which is also shown on each app’s App Store listing.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose, and anything you include in your message. For app support requests, this also includes the app name and, if you provide them, your device model and iOS version. When you use the contact form, we also record your IP address to help prevent spam and abuse.
- Usage information. This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, browser and device type, and referring site, using cookies or similar technologies.
Our iOS apps
Our apps are designed to collect as little information as possible. What each app collects, and how it is used, is described in the “App Privacy” section of its App Store listing and, where applicable, in an app-specific notice. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy; we do not receive your payment details.
If you contact us for app support, we use the information you send only to help you and to improve our apps.
How we use information

- To understand and improve the performance and content of our website.
- To maintain the security of our systems and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host our website and email and to measure site traffic (Google Analytics). These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to deliver their services. Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Children’s privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
